The present invention relates to a manual surgical instrument with a flexure so as to allow a plurality of manual surgical instruments to access an affected area with a flexure, the manual surgical instrument with a flexure comprising: a frame with a flexure; a handle allowing an operator to control the surgical instrument; an inner connective body allowing translational and rotational movements of the surgical instrument; an end effector, attached to the front end of the inner connective body, for operating on the affected area; and a plurality of surgical instruments inserted into the inner space of the frame with a flexure, wherein the inner connecting body comprises a plurality of rotating parts allowing translational and rotational movements thereof inside the frame with a flexure, and links for transmitting pressure, tension and rotational force in between the plurality of rotating parts. |
