<p>The purpose of the present invention is to obtain a solar cell having improved photoelectric conversion efficiency with reduced light absorption loss by reducing light absorption at a conductive semiconductor layer formed on a crystalline silicon substrate. In this solar cell, on one surface of an n-type single crystal silicon substrate (11) as a crystalline silicon substrate, an intrinsic silicon thin film layer, and a conductive crystalline silicon thin film layer are sequentially laminated. The solar cell is characterized in that: the intrinsic silicon thin film layer is sequentially provided with two layers from the n-type single crystal silicon substrate (11) side, said two layers being an intrinsic amorphous silicon layer (12) as an amorphous layer, and an intrinsic fine crystal silicon layer (13) as a crystalline layer; and the conductive crystalline silicon thin film layer has a p-type fine crystal silicon layer (14) as a conductive crystalline silicon thin film layer, by being in contact with the intrinsic fine crystal silicon layer (13) as the crystalline layer.</p> |
