PURPOSE: A shock absorbing device for an offshore platform is provided to stably place a heavy topside deck on the top end of a deck support by stably supporting the topside deck. CONSTITUTION: A shock absorbing device for an offshore platform comprises a coupling point, an elastic member (240), and a base (220). The coupling point is formed on the top end of a deck support (200). The elastic member is arranged on the top end of the coupling point and has a thickness for supporting the bottom end of a deck support unit (120) formed on the bottom end of a topside deck (100). The base is formed around the coupling point.
