PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure of a coil component which realizes secure fixture between a core case, around which a conducting wire is wound, and a pedestal base and enables the downsizing.SOLUTION: A coil component includes: an annular core; an annular core case housing the annular core; a conducting wire wound around an outer surface of the core case; and a pedestal base holding the core case around which the conducting wire is wound. The pedestal base includes: a planar pedestal base plate; a pair of holding parts erected from the pedestal base plate and used for holding the annular core case from an axial direction of the annular shape; and a conducting wire holding part formed in the pedestal base plate and having a recessed part for holding the conducting wire. The core case, around which the conducting wire is wound, is positioned relative to the pedestal base by the holding part and the conducting wire holding part. |
