PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polymerizable composition which is excellent in the solubility to a solvent for a polymerizable liquid crystal composition, and thereby, with which a retardation film having good storage stability and free from unevenness can be produced, and to provide a thin film obtained by using the same.SOLUTION: A polymerizable composition includes, as first component, at least one or more compounds represented by general formula (1) (in the formula, Prepresents a polymerizable group, such as vinyl group, Erepresents a linking group, such as methylene group, L, Leach represent an ester group or the like, and Ato Aeach represent a phenylene group or the like, and Z, Zeach represent -OCH- or the like), and includes, as second component, at least one or more compounds represented by general formula (2) (in the formula, Por the like represents the same means as Pin the formula (1)). Further, a thin film using the composition is also provided. The polymerizable composition is useful for obtaining a thin film having good storage stability and free from unevenness. |
