PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a splice structure of a wire bundle which obtains a splice part in a good welding state with good workability, and to provide a manufacturing method of the splice structure of the wire bundle.SOLUTION: A first winding process, where a fixing tape 5 is wound around a coated part 2 of a coated electric wire 11 from among the coated electric wires 11 and 12, is conducted. Subsequently, a second winding process, where an extension region 5e of the fixing tape 5 is wound around the coated parts 2 of the entire coated electric wires 11 and 12, is conducted. Lastly, ultrasonic-welding process is performed to tip regions of exposed core wire portions E1 and E2 in the coated electric wires 11 and 12 to integrate the tip regions of the exposed core wire portions E1 and E2 and form a splice part 3. |
