PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electron beam irradiator capable of performing sterilization by applying an electron beam to a container and bottle.SOLUTION: An electron beam irradiator 10 according to the present invention includes: a vacuum chamber 11 with substantial width; an electron generator 24 positioned inside the vacuum chamber 11 and generating electrons; and an elongated nozzle 12 extending from the vacuum chamber 11 along a longitudinal axis and having an emission window 42 at a distal end of the nozzle 12. The nozzle 12 has the width smaller than the width of the vacuum chamber 11. The electron generator 24 is formed inside the vacuum chamber 11, measured to be fitted thereto and positioned therein such that the electron generator 24 forms and guides an electron beam 44 that enters the nozzle 12, passes through the nozzle 12, and exits from the emission window 42. |
