PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an imaging unit capable of performing stable imaging, a colorimetric device, an image forming apparatus, a colorimetric system, and a colorimetric method.SOLUTION: An imaging unit 30 includes: an image sensor unit 34 that photographs a predetermined area including a subject; a reference chart KC that is arranged in the predetermined area that is an imaging area of the image sensor unit 34, and is photographed by the image sensor unit 34 together with the subject; an illumination light source 37 that illuminates the subject and the reference chart KC; and a diffuser panel 40 that prevents light emitted from the illumination light source 37 and made incident on the image sensor unit 34 from becoming regular reflection light.
