PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a substance positioning fixing device that can enhance positioning accuracy in a horizontal direction, and can reduce manufacturing costs by simplifying the structure of a reference member and reducing a size.SOLUTION: In a substance positioning fixing device, a reference bearing face is formed on the upper face of a base member 2, an abutment surface which can abut on the reference bearing face is formed at a work pallet 3, fitting cylinders of a plurality of reference members 10, 20 are fit and fixed to a plurality of fitting holes formed at the base member 2, a plurality of annular engaging members are attached to a plurality of attachment holes of the work pallet 3, engaging protrusions 13, 23 having larger diameters than the fitting cylinders and tapered engaging faces 10a, 20a on outer peripheral surfaces of the engaging protrusions are formed at the plurality of reference members 10, 20, respectively, height positions of the engaging protrusions 13, 23 are set by making base-end abutment surfaces 15 of base ends of the engaging protrusions 13, 23 abut on the reference bearing faces, and the annular engaging members 30, 40 are externally fit to the engaging protrusions 13, 23 to be elastically deformed to diameter-expnaded directions, and made to tightly adhere to the tapered engaging faces 10a, 20a. |
