PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oxidative hair dye having improved uniformity in dyeing and comprising toluene-2,5-diamine and 2,4-diaminophenoxyethanol.SOLUTION: An oxidative hair dye is prepared by mixing a first agent incorporated with toluene-2,5-diamine and 2,4-diaminophenoxyethanol, and a second agent incorporated with an oxidizing agent. Further, the first agent is incorporated with arginine. |
