PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat conductive material allowing easy detachment/placing-joint of a heat conductive material in repair, inspection and component replacement.SOLUTION: A conjugate comprises a heating element or the like and the following heat conductive resin: 1) the heat conductive resin has a detachment strength of 0.05 N/25 mm or more and 1 N/25 mm or less at 180 degrees to a SUS substrate, 2) the heat conductive resin is obtained by curing a curable acrylic resin with moisture or heating, 3) detachment of the heat conductive resin from a heating element and/or a radiator is performed on an adhesive interface, and 4) it is possible to freshly coat the heat conductive curable resin composition directly on the heat conductive resin in the conjugate, followed by curing with moisture or heating. |
