PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten calculation time required for calculation of explosion strength of a high pressure tank.SOLUTION: A hoop layer 70P is considered as hoop layer groups G for every predetermined number of layers, tank axis direction length of the innermost layer in the innermost group to be used as a reference among the hoop layer groups G, relative length of the hoop layers 70P in the respective hoop layer groups G, and relative length of the respective hoop layer groups G from the predetermined reference length are set as variables, shoulder hoop strength representing explosion strength at a boundary part between a trunk 1s and a dome part 1d, center hoop strength representing explosion strength near the center in a tank axis direction of the trunk 1s, and helical strength representing explosion strength of a helical layer near the boundary part between the trunk 1s and the dome part 1d are set as standards, an optimization plan for optimizing predetermined explanatory variables are created from the standards, and explosion strength calculation is performed to calculate explosion strength for every part of a high pressure tank. |
