FINNED TUBE HEAT EXCHANGER

A finned tube heat exchanger is provided with fins that comprise: a first inclined section that is inclined with respect to the air flow direction so as to form continuously alternating peak sections and valley sections, a tube periphery section that surrounds a heat transfer tube that passes through the first inclined section, and a second inclined section that is inclined with respect to the air flow direction so as to connect the tube periphery section and the first inclined section. The lowest point of the tube periphery section is positioned lower in the direction of gravitational force than the lowest point of the second inclined section. As a result, the heat exchange performance of the finned tube heat exchanger is improved.
