<p>A prefabricated reinforced concrete member having a groove, comprising a reinforced concrete prefabricated slab; the prefabricated slab is provided with longitudinal openings (14) therein parallel with the surface; the longitudinal edges of the prefabricated slab are intervally provided with transverse grooves (12); the transverse grooves (12) intersect with the longitudinal openings (14) near the edges of the prefabricated slab. Also provided is a manufacturing method of a prefabricated reinforced concrete member having a groove, comprising: assembling a bottom die (31), a top die (33), a side die (32), and a steel pipe inner die (34) at a prefabricated slab manufacturing site; arranging a reinforcing mesh, and then pouring the concrete; drawing out the steel pipe before the concrete is hardened; and removing the formwork after the concrete achieves an expected strength. The prefabricated reinforced concrete member improves the performance under stress, and can be applied in various wall load bearing structures.</p> |
