摘要 <p>A bioelectrical signal detection circuit, lead detection circuit (10) and medical apparatus, the lead wire detection circuit (10) comprising a reference power level generator (13), comparators (14), and a control logic module; the input ends of the comparators (14) are respectively coupled to the output end of the reference power level generator (13) and the signal output end of the lead wire; the comparators are respectively used to input a reference power level signal and a lead signal, compare the lead signal with the reference power level signal, and transform the output power level of the output end based on the comparison result; the input end of the control logic module is coupled to the output end of the comparator; and the control logic module determines the attachment or detachment state of the lead according to the acquired power level state of the comparator output end. The comparator and the control logic module are adopted to detect lead detachment, thus having a structurally simple circuit, and low cost, and facilitating chip integration.</p>
