PURPOSE: A broadcast watching pattern analyzing method which uses a sound is provided to analyze a watching pattern of a viewer about a broadcast content by reading data which is encoded in a sound signal which is inputted through a microphone of a wireless terminal of an application. CONSTITUTION: An application (115) of a wireless terminal (100) detects data which is encoded in a sound signal which is inputted through a microphone (360). The application of the wireless terminal confirms whether the data format of the detected data matches a broadcasting content identification (BCID) format which is designated in a broadcast content or not (365). In case the detected data matches the BCID format, the application of the wireless terminal analyzes a detection pattern about one or more BCIDs which correspond to the detected data. The application of the wireless terminal produces broadcast watching pattern information of a user based on the detection pattern.
