<p>PURPOSE: A screen management system, terminal, screen exposure method, and screen exposure setting method maximizing advertisement profit allow an application developer/operator or a mobile web developer/operator to control the exposure time or exposure order online on an application or mobile web. CONSTITUTION: A communications unit (110) receives at least one of application information, mobile web information, and screen management information from a register terminal which registered an application or a mobile web. The communications unit transmits a screen control program to the register terminal. The communications unit transmits screen management information for each mobile web or screen management information for each application to a user terminal connected to a mobile web or executing an application. An information management unit (120) registers and manages the screen management information for each mobile web or the screen management information for each application.
