PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric light bulb-type light source apparatus capable of efficiently suppressing temperature rise of a light source, a circuit or the like.SOLUTION: An electric light bulb-type light source apparatus is equipped with a light source unit, one or more circuit boards, a base, and a casing. The circuit board mounts a prescribed circuit. The base is used for supplying electric power to the light source unit and the prescribed circuit. The casing has a translucent cover and a heat radiating metal housing section, and houses the light source unit and the one or more circuit boards. The translucent cover covers the light source unit. The heat radiating metal housing section has an outline part for surrounding the circuit board and a protrusion part which protrudes toward the circuit board from the outline part for thermal connection with the prescribed circuit, and is thermally connected with the light source unit. |
