PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten calculation time while obtaining correct simulation results by parallel calculation of production simulations by a plurality of processors.SOLUTION: A production line is divided into a plurality of blocks without mutual influences by calculating process influence relations of whether or not event calculation processing of a certain process influences event calculation processing of another process based on production line configurations such as a process order and resource sharing relation between processes, and next, blocking the processes influencing each other. Then, when the earliest execution date of the event of the certain block is in the future compared with the earliest execution date of an event of another block which the block influences, an event group which can be calculated in parallel is formed by determining the event at the earliest execution date of the block as an event which can be calculated in parallel. Finally, calculation time is shortened by allocating the formed event group to the plurality of processors to perform parallel calculation. |
