PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device, a method and a program for supporting exercise which can support effective exercise.SOLUTION: A biometric information measurement device 1 includes: a pulse acquiring means 21 for acquiring the number of pulses of a user detected by a pulse detection part 10; a storage part 12 for storing the acquired number of pulses; a pulse tendency determination means 22 for determining a variation tendency of the number of pulses on the basis of the number of pulses stored in the storage part 12; a pulse determination means 23 for determining whether the acquired number of pulses is within a predetermined target zone; and a sound output means 28 for outputting a sound on the basis of a determination result of the pulse determination means 23 and the variation tendency of the number of pulses determined by the pulse tendency determination means 22. |
