PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a touch panel that can detect a position only by a touch and accept a touch made with any material etc., and is low-cost, thin, and high in detection precision.SOLUTION: There is provided a touch panel having a first conductive film having a plurality of diamond pattern which is formed long in one direction and a second conductive film installed, opposite the first conductive film, and characterized in that the diamond pattern has a plurality of diamond-shaped portions, formed in a diamond shape, connected by diamond-shaped portion connection portions, and the diamond-shaped portions respectively have a conductive film removed region formed by removing a part of a conductive film forming the first conductive film. |
