PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lighting device with a ceiling free from being visible while securing flow channels of air.SOLUTION: A body part 10 is provided with a rectangular top plate 16, outside plates 11, 11 opposed to each other, and side plates 12, 12 opposed to each other. Vent holes 53, 53 are provided at a storage part 101 side of the top plate 16, and, at a storage part 102 side of the top plate 16, vent holes 54, 54 are provided. An oblong vent hole as a first opening is fitted between the outside plate 11 and a light source part 20. Further, between the other outside plate 11 and the light source part 20, an oblong vent hole as a first opening is fitted. A shielding plate 61 is provided at the storage part 101 for shielding a visual field of the vent hole 53 from the above vent hole. Further, a shielding plate 62 is provided at the storage part 102 for shielding a visual field of the vent hole 54 from the vent hole. |
