PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pharmaceutical combination for treating or preventing a proliferative disease.SOLUTION: A pharmaceutical combination comprises: (a) a specific pyrimidylaminobenzamide compound, or N-oxide or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt of the compound; and (b) a Thr315Ile kinase inhibitor selected from a specific compound group. The use of the pharmaceutical combination is provided, relating to the manufacture of pharmaceuticals for treating or preventing a proliferative disease. A proliferative disease is selected from tumors, leukemias, psoriasis, restenosis, sclerodermitis and fibrosis. |
