PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for operating a cooling heating device capable of operating a compressor having a high reliability at low cost by suppressing strange sound from a solenoid valve.SOLUTION: A compressor 61 for compressing a coolant, a condenser 62 provided outside a cabinet to condense the coolant, expansion means for expanding the coolant, a distributor for distributing the coolant expanded by the expansion means, and a plurality of internal heat-exchangers 65a, 65b, 65c provided inside the cabinet to evaporate the coolant from the distributor through a cooling electromagnetic valve constitute a cooling circulation circuit. The cooling circulation circuit, a second internal heat-exchanger provided inside the cabinet for condensing the coolant compressed from the compressor 61, and second expansion means for expanding the condensed coolant constitutes a heating cooling circulation circuit 60A for performing heat pump operation. Strange noise is suppressed by a solenoid valve by connecting a pipeline from the compressor 61 to the condenser 62 and a pipeline connected to the second internal heat-exchanger from the compressor 61 by a three-way solenoid valve 68 for selectively switching flow channels. |
