PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gas analyzer capable of constantly performing stable gas measurement while preventing deterioration of analysis performance.SOLUTION: A gas analyzer 10B comprises: a fuel gas extracting pipe 12 that extracts fuel gas 11; a first photocatalyst coating window 15 that is provided at a wall surface of the fuel gas extracting pipe 12 and has a photocatalyst layer on its surface in a flowing direction of the fuel gas 11; light irradiation means 18 that is provided outside the fuel gas extracting pipe 12 and irradiates the fuel gas 11 with a first laser beam 16 having a wavelength in a visible region and a second laser beam 17 having a wavelength in a region ranging from ultraviolet to vacuum ultraviolet; a detector 20 that detects scattered light generated by irradiating the fuel gas 11 with the first laser beam 16; and a half mirror 42 that spectrally disperses the first laser beam 16 and the second laser beam 17. The first laser beam 16 is emitted to the fuel gas 11 via a bypass passage 41 with a light path that extends from the light irradiation means 18 to a dichroic mirror 44 and is longer than the second laser beam 17. |
