PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connection device capable of performing communication with an L2 switch having a form of not using LAG and so on, even when a plurality of links having different communication quality are bound.SOLUTION: A traffic distribution unit 103 determines a bulk port 102 for transmitting a packet addressed to a device 1b which is received by a LAN port 101. A SA-MAC rewriting unit 104 replaces a MAC address of a device 1a set in the packet as a transmission source with a MAC address of the determined bulk port 102, and makes the packet be transmitted from the determined bulk port 102. A packet transfer unit 108 replaces the MAC address of the bulk port 102 set in a packet addressed to the device 1a received from the bulk port 102 as a destination with a MAC address corresponding to an upper layer address of the device 1a set in the packet as the destination, and makes the packet be transmitted from the LAN port 101.
