PURPOSE: A wall hatch structure and a vessel including the same are provided to reduce time and cost by opening and closing a wall hatch without installing a separate ramp on the bottom of the wall hatch. CONSTITUTION: A wall hatch includes a wall (110), a hatch cover (120), and a ring pad (130). The wall hatch is formed on the wall. The hatch cover is detachably combined with the wall to cover the hatch. The ring pad blocks a gap between the end of the hatch cover and the wall so that the hatch cover is tightly connected with the wall. The ring pad includes a first pad (132) which is formed along the upper side and both sides of the hatch, and a second pad (134) which is separably combined with the lower side of the hatch to be contiguous with the first pad.
