PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stator for a rotary electric machine that allows precise detection of the temperatures of annular coils, and to provide a method for manufacturing the same.SOLUTION: A stator 10 for a rotary electric machine includes a plurality of annular coils 12, temperature sensors 14, and fixing members 16. The annular coils 12 are wound around respective teeth 28a of a stator core 11. The temperature sensors 14 are provided between respective bent sections 24c. The bent sections 24c connect the annular coils 12 electrically, and each have a bent shape with two ends thereof facing each other. The fixing members 16 fix the respective bent sections 24c and the respective temperature sensors 14, with the bent sections 24c and the temperature sensors 14 in contact with each other. |
