PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a windmill coping with winds from all directions, low in rotation, low in noise, simple in mechanism, hardly damaged, and easy in maintenance management because a power generator is disposed in a lower part.SOLUTION: In a windmill, a main shaft is rotated with a counter shaft passing through it, and two wind receiving panels of different angles are attached to both ends of the counter shaft and has a mechanism that, when receiving a wind, the two wind receiving panels rotate in directions of mutually-receiving the wind and making the wind go off to rotate the main shaft. The windmill continuously and smoothly rotates by attaching a plurality of the counter shafts and the wind receiving panels to the main shaft by changing the height position and the angle in order to continuously rotate the main shaft. |
