PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic electroluminescent device capable of suppressing deterioration in color purity, a method for manufacturing the organic electroluminescent device, and an electronic apparatus.SOLUTION: The organic electroluminescent device of the present disclosure includes: a plurality of light-emitting layers different in color from each other; a first electrode and a second electrode for applying voltages to the light-emitting layers respectively; and a charge transport layer provided between one or more of the light-emitting layers and the first electrode.
