PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new technology for discriminating various abnormal operating states that a coil, a piston and a pump encounter.SOLUTION: A method for monitoring a liquid injection system has a liquid injection pump activated by a coil and an electronic module to supply the coil with a driving voltage. The method includes monitoring innovative changes of current (Ip) flowing through the coil and the time derivative (dI/dt) of the current. The monitoring of the innovative change of the time derivative (dI/dt) of the current includes monitoring two successive zero crossings (dIt) of the time derivative of the current flowing through the coil. |
