PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a monitoring system which does not require a wiring work to a device to be installed at a monitoring place, of which the attachment to a monitoring object is simple, and the maintenance is easy.SOLUTION: A monitoring system consists of: a radio system sensor unit (10); a reception unit (20); and an information processing unit (30), and solves the above problem by operating the sensor unit by utilizing a point that light to be made incident on a solar battery panel provided to the sensor unit (10) is shielded by contamination and an output value of the solar battery panel is reduced when the contamination adheres to the front side of the solar battery panel, utilizing the solar battery panel itself as a sensing element, and in addition, utilizing electromotive force from the solar battery panel. |
