This protector for a wire harness is equipped with a resin plate (10). Multiple recessed thickness-reduced sections (31) having a circular shape in a plan view are arranged on a plate surface of the plate (10) in X-direction and in Y-direction, which is orthogonal to the X-direction, with a space from one another such that the thickness-reduced sections in the X-direction are arranged along said X-direction in a straight line, and the thickness-reduced sections in the Y-direction are arranged in a zigzag manner by offsetting the phases thereof so as to be positioned between respective adjoining thickness-reduced sections arranged in the X-direction, and adjoining thickness-reduced sections in the Y-direction have sections that overlap with each other in said Y-direction.
