<p>[Problem] To enable communication using a communication line that is optimal each time for both the source and the destination even in a case in which there is a change in lines that are usable in communication devices for a source and a destination. [Solution] In the present invention, a communication system is provided with: a usable line information acquisition unit (300) which, upon receiving a request for connection from a source terminal (10a) to a destination terminal (10b), acquires all usable line information usable by the source terminal (10a) and the destination terminal (10b); a communication route comparison unit (301) which, on the basis of the acquired usable line information, compares each of the provided service conditions for each of the communication routes that combine communication lines usable by the source terminal (10a) and the destination terminal (10b); a communication route selection unit (302) which, from the comparison result, on the basis of a predetermined request condition, selects an optimal communication route; and a communication line establishment unit (303) which, using the selected communication route, establishes a communication line between the source terminal (10a) and the destination terminal (10b).</p> |
