<p>A device (1) for the acoustic sensorial analysis of materials is described, comprising a plurality of exciting means (7, 7, 9; 15) configured to excite materials in various configuration forms (L, G) and according to predetermined modes. The method for the acoustic sensorial analysis of materials comprises the steps of: selecting a material (L, G) in a given configuration form; exciting the material according to a predetermined exciting mode; recording the sound produced by the excited material; associating an attribute representative of the determined sensorial recall with the sound by means of statistical methods; and storing data representative of the combination of material, configuration form, exciting mode and attribute.</p> |
