<p>Method for producing vacuum packs, comprising the following steps: a) complete welding of the base of a first pack (P1) which is made by means of a tubular former (1, 1') around which a film (17) of plastic material is wrapped, and into which is introduced a certain quantity of product to be packaged; b) partial welding of the top of the pack (P1) in such a way that at least one gap is left between two mutually facing flaps (117, 217) of the film (17) which forms the top of the pack (P1); c) separating the top of the first pack (P1) from the base of a pack (P2) following the first pack; d) introducing the first pack (P1), processed by the aforesaid steps, into a vacuum chamber (7) and forming the pack by compacting the corresponding walls inside the chamber; e) creating a vacuum in the hermetically sealed chamber (7); f) finishing the welding of the flaps (117, 217) of the top of the pack (P1) and discharging the pack from the chamber (7).</p> |
