PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat-insulating element that is excellent in heat insulation efficiency.SOLUTION: A heat-insulating element comprises such that a premix polyol composition and polyisocyanate are reacted to make a rigid urethane foam, and the rigid urethane foam is filled, wherein the premix polyol composition includes: an active hydrogen-containing compound; a foam stabilizer; a catalyst; water; and cyclopentane, wherein the active hydrogen-containing compound includes at least one of each of a first active hydrogen-containing compound (A); and a second active hydrogen-containing compound (B), wherein the first active hydrogen-containing compound (A) is an active hydrogen-containing chain shape aliphatic compound having at most 200 of a weight-average molecular weight and the second active hydrogen-containing compound (B) is an active hydrogen-containing compound that adds alkylene oxide to a compound that has 4-8 active hydrogens. |
