PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power conditioner for a storage battery in which power stored in the storage battery can be effectively utilized without being consumed uselessly in a power failure of a commercial power source, and a power supply system.SOLUTION: A power conditioner (a second power conditioner 12) for a storage battery comprises a first DC-DC converter 121 electrically connected to a DC power source, a bidirectional second DC-DC converter 122 electrically connected with the first DC-DC converter and the storage battery, a bidirectional inverter controller 123 electrically connected with the second DC-DC converter and a power system, and a self-supporting outlet 124. A power supply system 1 comprises the second power conditioner 12 and a first power conditioner 11 and, in a power failure of the power system, operates only the second power conditioner 12, thereby extracting an AC voltage from the self-supporting outlet 124. |
