PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin-made encoder scale capable of reducing the cost by manufacturing an encoder scale as a resin molded product having a scale pattern to facilitate processing.SOLUTION: A resin-made encoder scale 1 is used in a reflection type optical encoder and has a scale pattern 2 for position measurement. In the scale pattern 2, a low reflection part 3 whose surface is molded into a rough shape during resin formation and which has low optical reflectivity, and a high reflection part 4 whose surface is molded into a mirror shape during resin formation and has higher optical reflectivity than the low reflection part 3 are alternately repeatedly arranged.
