PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To specify favorite relation between pitches of periodic light shield patterns that metal meshes and a matrix drive type display have when an electrostatic capacitance type touch panel having meshed metal wires laid on a film is mounted on the matrix drive type display.SOLUTION: There is provided a film-like electrostatic capacitance type touch panel used while placed over a display device having colored pixels laid periodically at a pitch (p) in two orthogonal directions, and the touch panel includes striped metal wires having a pitch P in one direction and striped metal wires having a pitch P in a direction orthogonal thereto, P being (3.5±0.1) times as large as (p). |
