PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conductive member which, for example, when manufacturing a touch panel, can manufacture a pair of electrodes having thin thickness by forming conductive layers on both faces of a substrate, and the touch panel at a low cost since an overlapping process of two conductive members is not required, and in which, since surface resistance values of the conductive layers on both faces are even, desired functions are exhibited on both faces, and then high adhesive strength between the conductive layer and the substrate is provided.SOLUTION: A conductive member includes: a substrate; a conductive layer which is provided on both faces of the substrate and contains a conductive fiber whose average short axis length is 150 nm or less, and a matrix; and an intermediate layer which is provided between the substrate and the conductive layer and contains a compound having a functional group capable of interacting with the conductive fiber. When the surface resistance values of two conductive layers are A and B respectively and an A value is equal to or larger than a B value, A/B is 1.0 or more and 1.2 or less. |
