Disclosed is a bendable fine-crushing device, which can bend in accordance with various angles inside the sinuses so as to easily remove tissue lesions located at various angles inside the sinuses, and which can stably transfer rotary power to a shaver even while bended. The bendable fine-crushing device comprises: a fixed portion which is installed on the a driving portion; a bendable portion, which is connected to an end of the fixed portion, for bending in a direction and an angle desired by a user; the shaver which is installed at an end portion of the bendable portion; and a driving force transferring means, which is connected to the driving portion and the shaver so as to transfer the rotary power of the driving portion to the shaver, and which can flexibly bend according to the direction and the angle of bending of the bendable portion.
