The invention relates to a dosing device (1). The dosing device (1) comprises a storage container (2) with a storage Chamber disposed therein for accommodating a filling material, a dosing container (3) with a dosing Chamber disposed therein, an outlet (5) with an outlet opening for dispensing the filling material, a closure member (4) by means of which the outlet opening can be closed, and a valve (6), wherein the valve (6) is able to assume a dispensing Position (61) and a dosing position (62). The valve (6), in the dosing position, opens a dosing connection between the dosing Chamber and the storage Chamber and shuts an outlet passage from the dosing Chamber to the outlet opening, and the valve, in the dispensing position, shuts the dosing connection and opens the outlet passage. The dosing device (1) further comprises a cylindrical valve seat (8) with a side surface. A connecting conduit (9) between the dosing container (3) and the valve seat (8) opens out into the side surface of the valve seat (8). The dosing device (1) comprises a closure member (4), with which the outlet opening (51) can be closed off, wherein the closure member (4) is coupled to the valve (6) in such a way that rotation of the closure member (4) displaces the valve (6) between the dosing position and the dispensing position, wherein the closure member (4) is coupled to the valve (6) and the outlet (5) in such a way that the closure member (4) is locked with the outlet (5) as long as the valve (6) is in its dosing position and that the closure member (4) is not locked with the outlet (5) when the valve (6) is in its dispensing position. |
