PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lubricant supply device capable of suppressing operation of the device when lubricant is depleted, while suppressing unnecessary consumption of lubricant; an image forming apparatus; and a process cartridge.SOLUTION: A lubricant supply device includes lubricant end determination means (control unit 100 in the present embodiment) that determines end of solid lubricant 3b when remaining amount detection means detects that the remaining amount of the solid lubricant is decreased to a predetermined amount or less, and then the amount of lubricant supply operation reaches a threshold. The lubricant end determination means sets a threshold of the amount of lubricant supply operation when temperature or humidity is equal to or lower than a predetermined value smaller than a threshold of the amount of lubricant supply operation when temperature or humidity is higher than the predetermined value.
