PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connection device which is excellent in high frequency properties and easy in handling and also to provide a high frequency module.SOLUTION: A connection device includes: a plurality of conductive pins (14 to 16) to be freely extended and contracted in an axial direction; a fixing member (10) to which the conductive pins are fixed and which has a plurality of conductors electrically connected to each conductive pin; and a contact member having a conductive surface. The shape of at least one of the plurality of conductive pins is set so as to match with impedance of the conductors of the fixing member.
