<p>Provided is a server that, in any given terminal device, can synchronously receive data transmitted from at least two terminal devices in a mobile body communication network. The present invention includes: a terminal management unit that, from a terminal device, receives synchronous terminal information designating an affiliated group and whether the terminal device is participating in the group as a session terminal or an audience terminal; a transmission time measurement unit that measures the transmission time from the terminal device to the server; a route setting unit that sets a route by determining whether or not to alter the route from a session terminal to the server to a diverted route, the baseline being whether or not the transmission times from session terminals belonging to the same group are similar; a route transmission unit that transmits the set route to the session terminals; an SV synchronous data reception unit that receives data transmitted in accordance with the set route; and an SV synchronous data transmission unit that transmits the received data to audience terminals belonging to the same group as the terminal device that transmitted the data.</p> |
