Provided are a plurality of fins (1) formed by a gas flow path, and heat transmission tubes (21) that pass through the plurality of fins and through the interior of which a fluid that exchanges heat with the gas flows. The fins are provided with the following: first inclined sections (6) that are inclined relative to the direction of flow of the gas so as to form at least one mountain section (3); tube-surrounding sections (5) that are formed, in first and second positions that are mutually separated in the direction of gravity, around the heat transmission tubes that pass through the fins; and a second inclined sections (7) that connect to the tube-surrounding sections and the first inclined sections. Groove sections (8) that connect the second inclined sections in first and second positions are formed in the surface of the first inclined sections so that condensed water is conveyed through the groove sections and led smoothly downward in the direction of gravity, improving water drainage capability.
