The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a quick coupler socket and a quick coupler socket manufactured by the manufacturing method thereof. The method for manufacturing the quick coupler socket comprises: a step of molding a housing comprising a first diameter part having a groove portion formed on an outer circumference thereof and a second diameter part having a male screw portion formed on an outer circumference thereof; an opening/shutting means insertion step for inserting an opening/shutting means into the first diameter part so as to be loaded on an upper surface of the second diameter part; and a compression step for compressing an upper end part of the first diameter part onto the top of the opening/shutting means so as to fix the opening/shutting means. The quick coupler socket manufactured by the manufacturing method thereof comprises: the housing having first and second holding sections formed therein; a supporting means which is inserted into the housing and is loaded on the first holding section; the opening/shutting means having one end inserted into the supporting means; an elastic means inserted between the supporting means and the opening/shutting means; and a fixing ring loaded on the second holding section.
