The method involves forming a part i.e. spiral spring, having a recess (25), and forming another part i.e. fastener (17), having a projecting element (14). The projecting element is assembled in the recess. The projecting element and a recess assembly are subjected to oxidizing process to adjust wear between the two parts to immobilize the two parts one against another. One of the parts is made of silicon crystalline and comprises an elastic strain unit to maintain assembly of parts. The parts are interconnected to a positioning device via a material bridge.
