PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device in which a pattern or a thin film printed or applied to a substrate by PE (Printed Electronics) is suitably performed with drying, sintering, firing, solidification or curing.SOLUTION: A laser device 1 includes: a laser beam irradiation means 3 that irradiates a laser beam L aiming at a printed pattern or a thin film 7 printed or applied on a substrate 6; a detecting means 4 that optically detects a state of the pattern or the thin film 7; and a control means 5 that controls output of the laser beam L irradiated from the laser beam irradiation means 3 aiming at the pattern or the thin film 7 according to a state of the pattern or the thin film 7 detected by the detecting means 4. |
